LEASE – SUPPLEMENTS

It is forbidden to interfere in any way with the operation of the odometer system (speedometer) and/or to repair it. In case of breach of this condition by the Lessee, the Lessor has the right to determine the kilometres at its own discretion, which will be binding on the Lessee.

  • it is forbidden for any person other than the Lessee to drive the “Motorcycle”.
  • It is forbidden to the Lessee and absolutely any mechanical, technical or visual alteration of the “Motorcycle” as well as its partial or total subleasing or in any way, with or without consideration, the granting of its use to third parties for the same period of the lease or less, without the written consent of the Lessor.

The Lessee is obliged to exercise due diligence in driving and using the “Motorcycle”, to check thoroughly its mechanical condition, the level of oil and water, tires, etc, to exercise all due care and take all necessary measures to ensure its smooth and normal operation and to secure the ‘Motorcycle’ with the handlebar lock and/or the special safety lock with which it is equipped, whenever it is parked. He/she is also obliged to inform the Lessor immediately of any damage or loss that may occur to the “Motorcycle” during the rental period, and is obliged to compensate the Lessor for any damage caused by the delayed information or its omission. It is forbidden for the Lessee and any other person to carry out any repair and general intervention on the “Motorcycle” without the prior written approval of the Lessor.

    • LESSEE IS FORBIDDEN TO USE THE MACHINE: without the Lessee being equipped with a proper helmet and transparent vision protection, or anything required by his/her driving license (vision goggles, etc.).
    • ALSO FOR ENVIRONMENTAL REASONS, THE FOLLOWING NOTES SHOULD BE PLACED ON TOURISTS:
    • We don’t move stones for no reason,
    • We do not approach or disturb wild animals,
    • We do not cut flowers and branches unnecessarily
    • We collect our rubbish
    • We do not alter or move the markers on the paths for any reason.\
