Cancellation by “The Roosters Adventures”
In case of cancellation of a tour by “The Roosters Adventures”, all tour participants will be notified. “The Roosters Adventures” is not liable for any additional costs or losses incurred by the client as a result of the cancellation.
In the event of an unforeseen circumstance requiring cancellation, postponement or postponement of a scheduled tour, “The Roosters Adventures” shall not be liable for any loss, expense or inconvenience suffered by the client in connection therewith.
In case of cancellation on our part, the full price of the tour will be refunded if necessary before the start of the scheduled tour.
Cancellation by the customer
In case of cancellation by the client, the 30% deposit of the tour price will be kept as a voucher and will be valid for rescheduling the tour within one year. After one year, the customer loses any claim for this 30% of the tour price.
6 – 8 weeks before the start of the tour 70% refund
4 – 6 weeks before the start of the tour 50% refund
2 – 4 weeks before the start of the tour 25% refund
0 – 2 weeks before the start of the trip 0% refund
